Returns

We want you to be confident in every order. Return rules can vary by seller and product category, but the following is our standard guidance for purchases made through QueryCart.

Return window

Unless the listing or invoice states otherwise, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, when the item is not custom or final sale.

How to start a return

1. Open the purchase request or order in your account.
2. Message the seller to request a return authorization (RMA).
3. Ship the item back using the label or instructions they provide.

Refunds

After the seller receives and inspects the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items

Custom-built products, clearance or "final sale" items, and some safety or hygiene-sensitive goods may not be returnable. That will be stated clearly before you confirm the order.
