Shipping is arranged between you and the seller once a purchase request is accepted and payment terms are confirmed. QueryCart helps you coordinate the order; carriers and delivery dates depend on the seller and product.
Processing time
Most sellers ship within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed. Custom, bulk, or made-to-order items may take longer; the seller should communicate lead time on the request or invoice.
Carriers and tracking
Sellers choose carriers (for example UPS, FedEx, or freight for large orders). When your order ships, you should receive tracking details by email or through your dashboard, depending on how your account is set up.
Costs
Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you commit to an order or are included in the quoted total from the seller. International orders may incur duties or taxes collected by customs.
