The marketplace

QueryCart provides a platform for listing products, purchase requests, and communication. Sellers are responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. Buyers are responsible for accurate request details and timely payment according to agreed terms.

Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at support@querycart.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no illegal activity, harassment, malware, scraping that overloads our systems, or attempts to bypass security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. QueryCart does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
